nie ma "w moim rozumieniu" . proszę nie wymyślać, tylko jeżeli są wątpliwości, to:
"§ 23. Ostateczna interpretacja regulaminu GOT PTTK oraz rozstrzyganie ewentualnych spraw spornych dotyczących zdobywania GOT PTTK należy do Komisji Turystyki Górskiej ZG PTTK."
